北京新加坡外籍人员子女学校（原北京BISS国际学校）成立于1994年，是北京市教育委员会批准的第一所外籍人员子女学校，也是北京首批拥有完整小、初、高IB课程资质的K-12国际学校之一。学校坐落于北京市北三环中心区域，地理位置优越，占地面积12000余平方米，创校20多年来，已有7000多名学生从BISS顺利毕业，并进入哈佛大学、哥伦比亚大学、斯坦福大学、麦吉尔大学、新加坡国立大学等顶尖名校继续学业。

1、Teaching Assistant

•To help create and manage a caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment conducive to children s learning.
•To promote children's self-esteem and to help them develop confidence in themselves and positive attitudes to learning.
•To promote high standards of behaviour among the pupils. Safeguarding their health and safety, encouraging them to interact and work responsibly for their own behaviour.
•To promote the inclusion and acceptance of all children within the classroom.
•To share responsibility for promoting children's personal, Social and emotional development with communication and physical skills in all activities.
•To encourage the pupils to have good personal hygiene. To assist with self-help skills and encourage independence whenever possible.
•Within reason, to cover class teaching responsibilities in the absence of a Class teacher.
•To support pupils to learn as effectively as possible in groups and individually.
•To motivate and encourage all pupils of varying abilities and needs
•To provide intervention groups for speech and language, reading, spelling, numeracy, fine and gross motor skills, focus and concentration, making appropriate resources to support this.

2、CSL teacher

•Responsible for CSL Chinese language teaching and implementing the School’s teaching standards and requirements to ensure quality language teaching.
•Develop and implement scientifically proven teaching plans and methodologies based on age groups and learning traits.
•Design homework and provide guidance to students, customize methodologies according to student needs, coach them patiently and encourage them to explore more.
•Participate in research organized by the School to enhance professionalism and teaching skills on an ongoing basis.
•Gain a thorough understanding of each student's learning and other aspects, deliver outcome-oriented education and maintain active dialogues with parents about student learning.

3、Library Assistant

•Check in and out all books from patrons
•Check for damages when library materials are returned
•Shelf books
•Check shelves: for accuracy of placement, spine labels facing out, shelf supports in place
•Keep the library clean
•Repair minor book damages
•Process new books and magazines, register, Stamp and add barcodes, book covers
•Inventory of entire collection (once a year)-follow through on lost/missing items
•Collaborate with library teacher, training new users in the smooth daily running of the library
